Why do some patients respond to therapies—and others do not?
Digital platform for structured, evidence-based analysis of medical data in immuno-oncology

Medical Evidence AI combines immune status analysis, clinical patient data and international scientific studies to create a structured medical analysis of complex cancers.
The platform helps doctors to clearly compile medical information and discuss evidence-based decisions.
• Analyze immune status
• Structuring medical data
• Include international studies
What makes Medical Evidence AI unique
Modern cancer medicine is becoming increasingly complex.
Doctors must consider a wide range of medical information:
• Tumor biology and tumor profile
• Therapy progress
• Lab results
• Immune status
• international scientific studies
• new therapeutic approaches
At the same time, the amount of medical data worldwide is constantly growing.
Medical Evidence AI helps to bring this information together in a structured way and to evaluate it based on evidence.
✔ 80+ strukturierte Fallanalysen
✔ Anonymisiert & DSGVO-konform
✔ Evidenzbasiert (Studien & Leitlinien)
✔ Entwickelt für Ärztinnen, Ärzte und medizinische Behandler
Three levels of cancer analysis
Medical Evidence AI combines three key aspects of modern cancer medicine.
Tumor biology
Analysis of the tumor type, diagnosis, tumor stage and the previous course of therapy.
immune system
Analysis of important immune cell populations to assess the current immune status.
Scientific evidence
Comparison of medical data with international scientific studies and guidelines.
Immune status as an important component of the analysis
Modern oncology uses many diagnostic procedures, including:
• Tumor markers
• molecular tests
• Imaging procedures
• general laboratory tests
These examinations provide important information about the tumor and the general health of the patients.
However, the immune status is often not analyzed in detail.
The immune system plays a central role in this:
• tumor defense
• modern therapies in immuno-oncology
• the course of cancer
Medical Evidence AI enables a structured analysis of important immunological parameters, thus complementing existing diagnostic information.

Special blood draw to determine immune status
A special blood draw for the analysis of the immune status can be arranged via the Medical Evidence Portal.
Two ml of EDTA whole blood are required to perform the analysis.
Blood can be drawn by:
• Doctors
• medical practices
• medical facilities
take place.
The blood sample is then analyzed in a specialized laboratory.
This involves determining key immune cell populations of the innate and adaptive immune systems.
The results are then structured and integrated into the Medical Evidence System.
How Medical Evidence Works
1. Registration and data collection
Patients or treating physicians can record medical information in a structured manner:
• Medical history
• Tumor status
• Therapy progress
• existing laboratory values
• medical documents and doctor's reports
2. Blood sample taken for immune status analysis
A special blood draw can be arranged via the portal.
The sample will be sent to a specialized laboratory.
3 Laboratory analysis of immune status
In the laboratory, central immune cell populations are analyzed using modern diagnostic methods.
The results are digitally integrated into the Medical Evidence System.
4. Structured Medical Information Report
Focus on immuno-oncology
The role of the immune system is becoming increasingly important in modern cancer medicine.
Medical Evidence AI therefore takes into account in particular:
• Immune status
• immunological markers
• immuno-oncological treatment approaches
• scientific studies in the field of immuno-oncology
Data protection and security
The protection of sensitive medical data is of the highest priority.
The platform works with:
• pseudonymized case codes
• encrypted data transmission
• secure cloud systems
• controlled access rights
vision
Medical Evidence AI aims to build a platform for structured, evidence-based medical analysis.
By combining medical data, immune status analysis and scientific evidence, a new form of digital decision support in immuno-oncology is to be created.
Notice
Medical Evidence AI does not constitute a medical diagnosis and does not replace medical treatment.
The platform serves exclusively for the structured analysis of medical information and the presentation of scientific evidence.
Medical decisions are made exclusively by the treating physicians.
